Looking sexy is not about wearing provocative clothes but it’s about how you feel. It’s about your aura; the energy field around you. Change how you feel inside. Change your energy and you’ll find out that even by wearing simple clothing, you can still feel and be sexy! Here are some dips.

Start believing how special you are. Appreciate what you have and accentuate all your positive qualities. When you feel confident, you will start acting confident. Be kind to yourself and to your body. Replace your negative thoughts with compliments. Every time you think, "I don’t like the way I feel or look," replace it with a thought like, "I love myself. I love life and life loves me." The more you invest on positive thoughts, the more you will attract beautiful things for confidence is a state of mind and the mind control feelings. If you don't like yourself, no one else will.

Be yourself. Feel comfortable and relaxed. If you feel uncertain or fearful, it will show. Let no one play with your mind and your feelings. You are strong.

Take control over your non-verbal communication, which is your posture, your facial expressions, your eye-contact, your tone of voice, your attitude. Keep your shoulders back, speak with an assertive tone, wear a genuine smile and keep your eyes glittering. Believe in the power of the eyes. They will unveil everything so if you suffer from low-self esteem, it will show. Flirt and have your opinion shared wherever you go. Don’t be afraid that others will not agree. It’s their problem not yours. If they’re mature people, they will listen attentively to what you’ve got to say. If everyone thought in the same way, life would be very boring!

Don’t overdo it on perfume, on make up, on clothes and other accessories. It is always obvious when someone tries too hard and you will start to look fake. No one wants fake people around! The more you over do it, the more insecurity you will show. Vanity is a very ugly trait. You want people to appreciate your natural beauty, so invest on your best features. Never feel threatened by another beautiful or clever person. Everyone is unique and has something special to offer so be confident with who you are.

Self – confidence is one of the major tools for being happy in life .Self-confident people trust their own abilities, have a good sense of control in their lives and believe they will be able to achieve what they wish , plan and expect .They are realistic and only plan reachable goals. When they reach them, they will feel fulfilled and set other new reachable goals. Each time you reach your goal, your self-confidence grows stronger and you are encouraged to set a new goal. Each time you accomplish something you set out to do, you get a good feeling. You don't feel good because you are better than someone else. You feel good because of personal achievement.

We can only learn by admitting we don't know everything yet. We can only grow if we accept that we are not perfect, just like everyone else around us. Making mistakes is not at all negative but it is a learning process.

Set realistic goals. Trying to reach something that you are not totally prepared for it will leave you feeling bad. When you plan something, envision it first and measure it with your abilities and skills, then ask yourself: "If I take all these actions, will I get my outcome?" Keep making your plan more specific until the answer is a: “yes”.
